Thank you, thank you, Andre! I REALLY messed up setting up my new HP laptop [Windows 10]. I did everything wrong - Sign-ins, Accounts, lost passwords, and lots more! Then, when I lost my email, I finally woke up that I needed HELP. Went to Andre, and he fixed all my mistakes while standing at the counter. I'm so grateful.
